Post approved, however we don't really "recruit" so to speak. Instead we just raid on Wednesdays at 7:30pm server and if we can't fill the group we'll pug some. Those that keep coming back, do well, and mesh well with the rest of the group will keep getting invited back and eventually guilded because... well... if they're always there anyway, why not. So yeah, Wednesday, keep an eye out for Either Eeclypse (most likely), Hibernia, or Deathscream in Dalaran around our raid time.

Like Coop said, just be sure to look out for one of us officers a few minutes before 7:30 on Wednesdays.
